Mission:
The prayer meeting is a gathering of people who assemble to praise the Lord, to give Him thanks, to listen to Him, and to grow in loving one another.  Participants express their praise in a variety of ways: songs, prayer, silence, and even clapping.  The Lord speaks to the assembly through Scripture, teaching, exhortation, and charismatic gifts.  The prayer meeting is an outgrowth and follow-up to a Life in the Spirit Seminar. 
 
Activities:
The Life in the Spirit Seminar is a way of bringing people into a new life in the Holy Spirit which leads to Christian maturity.  The Holy Spirit is given to us in the Sacraments of Initiation (Baptism, Confirmation, and Eucharist) and reactivated in the seminar through the Baptism of the Spirit.  The seminar is a major tool, which God uses in the Catholic charismatic renewal, to evangelize people and help them grow in their personal commitment to Jesus Christ through the power of the Holy Spirit.  Please call one of the contacts for information on the next seminar
Prayer meetings are held the second and fourth Thursdays of the month in church at 7:15 pm. All are welcome.
